I'm back...well, I really haven't been gone...I've been working on my new project.(I always seem to be working on something new!) I've always loved blogging, and for a long time I've wanted to start my own website...so I did! The website is about losing weight (particularly belly fat), exercise, motivation etc....

Wow...this is so true! There is a very small number of people that are overweight because of medical reasons, and the rest...well...we need to figure out what's going on! I used to say, I ate because the food tasted good, but I think it's deeper than that. Many time people eat because of their emotions....up, down, or both! I am definitely included in that mix! Figuring out why you eat (and not making excuses!) is a great step towards weight loss.
